AJAXFILEUPLOAD报错： jQuery.handleError is not a function 解决方法

原因

handerError 只在jq 1.4.2 之前有，之后的版本都没有这个函数。

解决方法

将handler函数加到ajaxfileupload中。
即红框中的部分。
