bug1 运行vagrant up 时安装过程中出现bug

No usable default provider could be found for your system.

解决方法：参考下面的链接
原因是：下载的virtualbox是6.1版本的，需要在vagrant里面添加对6.1的支持.

bug2 解决Bug1后重新vagrant up出现的bug

这个问题我重新再运行了一次up命令，又好了，你们可以试试，也可以参考一下下面的方法

bug3 BIOS中没有开启VMX

原因：：BIOS中没有开启VMX，所以我重启电脑，进入BIOS中，打开了VMX，重启后，再次vagrant up
