学习JDBC遇到的第一个问题

 DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/database"...

抛出异常

错误 java.sql.SQLException：The server time zone value ‘�й���׼ʱ��’ …
译：在’main’线程中有一个异常叫：java.sql.SQLException,服务器的时区值’�й���׼ʱ��’未被认出或代表多个时区。你必须配置,要么是服务器，要么是JDBC 驱动（通过配置serverTimezone的属性）去指定时区值，如果你想要使用时区支持。

缺少时区属性的配置，解决有两个办法。配置服务器或JDBC驱动来指定时区值。
我也不太懂，就网上搜了一个配JDBC驱动的方法。
