maven项目，mybatis-plus启动失败

今天遇到了一个mybatis项目启动失败，如图，我的项目是这样的

经过一顿寻找，看了无限多的攻略后发现问题：

问题具体原因：
仔细看报错信息
Driver claims to not accept jdbcUrl, jdbc:mysql//localhost:3306/test?useSSL=false&serverTimezone=GMT%2B8

这里说明，驱动说明，不能不接受jdbcurl，说明这里url有错，
一定要把url检查一遍、完全打对
最后，解决问题
