解决办法
1、在主启动的注解排除数据库配置

@SpringBootApplication(exclude = {DataSourceAutoConfiguration.class})
public class ComsumerMain {
    public static void main(String[] args) {
        SpringApplication.run(ComsumerMain .class, args);
    }
}

2、增加相关数据库配置

  datasource:
    type: com.alibaba.druid.pool.DruidDataSource            # 当前数据源操作类型
    driver-class-name: org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver              # mysql驱动包
