资料介绍：

MT8193是平板芯片的配套芯片，其工艺为130 nm。它由hdmi tx、lcd接口和LVDS或RGB、26MHz DCXO和时钟缓冲器、 MLC NAND和60-bit ECC组成。

– HDMI 1.3
– 支持DTV (480p/576p/720p/1080p25/1080p30) resolutions
– 支持深彩色10位/12位抖动
– 支持2通道48 kHz I2S输入
– 8-bit dual edge YC422数字像素数据接口

LCD
–支持10线LVDS，分辨率可达1280x800
– 支持18/24位RGB输出，分辨率高达800x480
– 2-bit dual edge数字像素数据接口

DCXO
– 26MHz输入
– 3通道缓冲器输出

NAND
– 支持60位ECC的MLC NAND闪存

with LVDS or RGB, 26MHz DCXO and clock buffer, MLC NAND with 60-bit ECC .
