jdbc连接失败的一点小问题 java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value

我使用的：
MySQL8.0，navicat，eclipse

首先检查：
MySQL服务是否开启和登陆成功
URL：数据库名称是否正确
USER,PASSWORD：数据库的用户名和密码是否正确 ( 我给忘了填了(/ω＼*)

我的报错：

错误提示1：Loading class ‘com.mysql.jdbc.Driver’. This is deprecated. The new driver class is ‘com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver’. The driver is automatically registered via the SPI and manual loading of the driver class is generally unnecessary.

>>>新版本写法，根据提示改正：Class.forName("com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver");

错误提示2：Exception in thread “main” com.mysql.cj.jdbc.exceptions.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure

错误提示3：java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value

Exception in thread “main” java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value ‘???ú±ê×??±??’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

>>>【时区问题！】：
查看时区：mysql> show variables like '%time_zone%';
修改时区：mysql> set global time_zone='+8:00';
