注释将warning当成错误的代码

开发过程中所写的代码在编译过程中不能避免出现warning的情况，而编译器将warning当做错误会对我们的开发造成一定的影响，故将/scripts/gcc-wrapper.py的interpret_warning(line.decode(“utf-8”))注释
