解决npm下载出错问题

由于一开始没有联网，后来连好网，再输入命令就出现下面错误。

npm ERR! code ENOSELF

原因：
旧的npm缓存与项目冲突

解决方法：（亲测有效）
步骤一

sudo npm cache clean

步骤二

npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org

注：有时我们使用npm下载资源会很慢，所以我们可以安装一个cnmp(淘宝镜像)来加快下载 速度。
