1. 不要用nohup 启动，用 supervisord 启动。
2. 不要用 命令中传参来做配置，用文件。
3. 配置说明见官方文档 http://docs.gunicorn.org/en/latest/settings.html#logging

命令（supervisord 里的，也可直接运行）：

# supervisord 里，或者你直接用下面的命令也可以
