关于The driver has not received any packets from the server.问题

第一次学习SSM框架，在前几天使用服务器还好好的，今天突然就报了个错：
The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.

这给我整得在网上查了快一个小时，又是说要在mysql.ini中设置，又是说什么url的问题，

wait_timeout=31536000
interactive_timeout=31536000

结果无意中在别的博客看到说是mysql服务没开启也会有这个错误，然后就去看了一下…
果然给忘了开，真的无语，在此记录一下。
