串口设备

   -F, --file=DEVICE
          open and use the specified DEVICE instead of stdin

波特率

   N      set the input and output speeds to N bauds

数据位

   csN    set character size to N bits, N in [5..8]

停止位

   [-]cstopb
          use two stop bits per character (one with '-')

校验

   [-]parenb
          generate parity bit in output and expect parity bit in input

   [-]parodd
          set odd parity (or even parity with '-')

流量控制

   * [-]crtscts
          enable RTS/CTS handshaking

最少接收字节数

   min N  with -icanon, set N characters minimum for a completed read

超时

   time N with -icanon, set read timeout of N tenths of a second
