在ECS服务器上，执行以下命令安装Apache及其扩展包，run命令

yum -y install httpd httpd-manual mod_ssl mod_perl mod_auth_mysql

报错如下

两个原因：

1、因为进入ESC服务器后，远程locale与本地locale没有对应。参考解决方案：关于locale问题 warning: setlocale: LC_CTYPE: cannot change locale (UTF-8): No such file or directory_Mark蜀黍的博客-CSDN博客

2、进入之后如依旧报错，解决方案：

 yum clean all 
 rpm --rebuilddb  
 yum update
