pom文件报红Failure to find cn.xx:xxx:pom:3.x.x in https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/public/ was cached

背景：换了项目依赖的本地库的位置，重新下载了依赖。

这里这个project标签本来是报红的，错误信息是：Failure to find cn.xx:xxx:pom:3.x.x in https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/public/ was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of public has elapsed or updates are forced

 当我把项目中的这个使用阿里云远程仓库的标签注释掉后， 

重新加载maven，project标签就不报错了，包括一些${}取值的依赖也不报错了。而且在我把注释去掉后，重新加载maven，project也不报红了。

具体原因暂不清楚，可能是缓存的原因？
