If you'd like to turn off curl's verification of the certificate, use the -k (or --insecure) option

Redhat7.3使用命令
#rpm -Uvh https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/4.0/rhel/7/x86_64/zabbix-release-4.0-1.el7.noarch.rpm

网上下载时报错：
the bundle, the certificate verification probably failed due to a
problem with the certificate (it might be expired, or the name might
not match the domain name in the URL).
If you’d like to turn off curl’s verification of the certificate, use
the -k (or --insecure) option.

其实这是证书问题引起的，重启计算机重新下载就可以了
