tkinter动态显示系统时间

因为place方法直接放在Lable后面。configure会报错，所以就将place方法放在后面。
运行结果，这里加入 if 语句，实现时间动态显示的效果。

如果是下面的语句，只从小时开始显示。

 time2 = time.strftime(' %H:%M:%S')
