通用媒体查询

在vue中，一般都是使用postcss-px2rem和postcss-px2rem-exclude进行所有页面的适配，它会将所有的大小单位转换为rem。

今天带来的是一种简单的手写通用媒体查询，根据每种设备的大小来实现不同的样式
