问题如下：
npm警告

解决步骤(将npm升级到最新版本)：

1. 查看目前使用的是什么镜像执行命令：npm get registry
2. 将镜像切换成淘宝镜像执行命令：npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org
3. 在Windows中以管理员身份打开cmd，然后执行命令：npm install -g npm-windows-upgrade
4. 更改脚本策略
   下载Windows Power Shell
   然后用管理员权限运行，执行命令：set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
   输入Y即可更改脚本策略
