在公司的代理网络下，通过npm下载vue3时出现的问题及解决

问题

解决办法

1.通过谷歌浏览器找到本计算机的代理（这里直接通过计算机的设置也可以找到）

2.通过以下命令配置npm的网络代理，网址和端口是刚才查到的代理IP和端口。

npm config set proxy http://proxysz.zte.com.cn:80
