在我使用使用Spring Boot应用程序运行Eureka Discovery Server时，报错如下

找了很久的原因之后，在外网Stack Overflow - Where Developers Learn, Share, & Build Careers

找到了原因，因为我这边使用的是java13，但从Java 11中删除了Jaxb相关的库，所以您必须将它们作为依赖项添加。
在Maven POM文件中添加如下内容：
