1.新建一个web项目
2.导入相关jar包
3.编写web.xml , 注册DispatcherServlet

            <param-value>classpath:springmvc-config.xml</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup>
    </servlet>

    </servlet-mapping>

</web-app>

4.编写springmvc配置文件

5.接下来就是去创建对应的控制类 , controller

import org.springframework.stereotype.Controller;
import org.springframework.ui.Model;
import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestMapping;

@Controller
public class HelloController {

    @RequestMapping("/h1")
    public String hello(Model model){
        //封装数据
        model.addAttribute("msg","HelloSpringMVC");
        return "hello";  //会被视图解析器处理
    }
}

6.最后完善前端视图和controller之间的对应
