关于解决Centos6.4[Errno 14] problem making ssl connection问题的办法

网上有许多解决方法但尝试过后都无法解决问题，经由大佬指引得以解决，下附原文地址

诸君可尝试更改/etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo,更改镜像源来解决，下附CentOS-Base.repo(不明白什么原理):
