java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value ‘�й���׼ʱ��‘ is unrecognized or represents more

今天用IDEA写Java MySQl程序时遇到的问题：

java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value ‘�й���׼ʱ��’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the ‘serverTimezone’ configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

原因是我创建数据库时没有使用默认编码方式，而是将编码方式改为了
utf-8。

解决办法：

在数据库url字符串后添加如下字符串既能解决该问题

?serverTimezone=GMT%2B8&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8

示例：

String URL = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/db_name";

改为：

String DBURL = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/db_name?serverTimezone=GMT%2B8&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8";
