如果MYSQL是8.0版本及其以上版本，会出现此问题：
错误：The server time zone value ‘�й��׼ʱ��’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize site:blog.csdn.net

解决方法：
1、在命令页面中输入：
set global time_zone=’+8:00’（短暂有效）
2、在数据库连接的url中加上:serverTimezone=UTC（推荐使用）
如：url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/数据库名称?serverTimezone=CTT&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8&allowMultiQueries=true

c3p0的配置文件：（注意数据库连接相关部分，mysql8.0及以上版本应该如下）
