I read a quote that went someting like: "If you live each day as if it was your last ,someday you'll most certainly be right." and since then,for the past every years,I have looked in the mirror every moring and asked  myself:"If today were the last day of my life,would I want to do what I am about to do today,And whenever the answer has been "NO" for too many days in a row , I know I need to change something .Remebering that I'll be dead soon is the most inportant tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life.Because almost everything,all external exepectations,all pride,all fear of embarrassment or failure these things just fall away in the face of death,leaving only what is truly important.Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked,Why are you afraid of losing everything.There is no reason not to follow your heart. Your time is limited,so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma which is living with the results of other pepole's thinking.Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out yuor own inner voice, And most important,hava the courage to follow your heart and intuition.They somehow already konw what you truly want to become.Everything else is secondary.

我读了一句名言，大意是这样的:“如果你把每一天当成是生命的最后一天,总有一天你会是对的。“从那以后,在过去的每一年中,我每天早上看着镜子中的自己,问自己:“如果今天是我生命的最后一天,我今天想做我要做的事情,如果连续很多天答案都是“不”,我就知道我需要改变一些事情。记住自己终将死去，是我最重要的自我检验，并帮助我做出了人生中许多重大的决定。因为几乎所有的事情，所有的期望，所有的荣耀，所有对失败的恐惧，这一切在死亡面前都会淡去，只留下真正重要的东西。时刻提醒自己将会死去，便可以帮助你避开担心失去身外之物的恐惧。你本就一无所有，何惧失去所有。没有理由不去追随你的内心。光阴如梭，所以不要浪费时间去过你不想过的生活。不要被教条所束缚，那意味着按照别人的想法生活,不要被世人的喧嚣掩盖了你的心声。还有最重要的是，要有勇气跟随自己的内心和直觉。它们在某种程度上已经知道你真正想成为什么样的人。其他的一切都是次要的。
