Instead, we focus on benefits that get people out of the office as much as possible. We designed

pick from as a holiday gift. Everything is paid
for and included. Specific, pre-arranged trips—whether for a family to go to Disneyland or a couple totour Spain-have helped make sure people actually take
their vacations.
