【C#学习】计时器和随机数

1、获得随机整数和实数类

C#中随机数没有那么灵活,可以根据自己的需要在此基础之上写一个
随机实数=随机整数+随机小数

3、功能实现

要先初始化一个计时器对象,并设置好参数才能使用
计时器属性Interval 是时间间隔
计时器属性Tick 是时间间隔到达后的触发事件
开始结束为Start和Stop。
