在Service中启动Notification（前台通知）出现的异常

① 第一个异常：新版本的安卓使用前台通知需要在配置文件中进行权限处理

解决方法：在AndroidManifest.xml配置文件中加入权限声明

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE"/>

② 第二个异常：

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to create service com.example.servicetest.MyService: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: com.example.servicetest: Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that one of FLAG_IMMUTABLE or FLAG_MUTABLE be specified when creating a PendingIntent. Strongly consider using FLAG_IMMUTABLE, only use FLAG_MUTABLE if some functionality depends on the PendingIntent being mutable, e.g. if it needs to be used with inline replies or bubbles.

出错的代码是：

PendingIntent pi = PendingIntent.getActivity(this, 0, intent, 0);

按照异常提示：Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that one of FLAG_IMMUTABLE or FLAG_MUTABLE be specified when creating a PendingIntent.在31以上版本创建PendingIntent的实例时target要用FLAG_IMMUTABLE或者FLAG_MUTABLE

解决方法：修改PendingIntent.target

PendingIntent pi = PendingIntent.getActivity(this, 0, intent, PendingIntent.FLAG_MUTABLE);

PendingIntent有一个getActivity方法，第一个参数是上下文，第二个参数 requestCode，第三个参数是 Intent，用来存储信息，第四个参数是对参数的操作标识，常用的就是FLAG_CANCEL_CURRENT和FLAG_UPDATE_CURRENT。
