法一：

更新ca-certficates包：

• CentOS 7

yum clean all
yum --disablerepo=epel -y update  ca-certificates

• CentOS 6

yum clean all
yum --disablerepo="epel" update nss

自测无用

法二：

重建rpm库

rpm --rebuilddb

自测无用

法三：

使用http方式下载：

sed -i 's#https://#http://#g' /etc/yum.repos.d/epel*repo

自测无用

法四：

以上方法都没用，那没办法，我最后删除epel.repo，解决了。
