解决 Servlet[DispatcherServlet]的Servlet.init（）引发异常

在尝试ssm整合的时候出现的问题，可能是springMVC的配置文件命名空间有问题，控制台报错通配符的匹配很全面, 但无法找到元素 ‘context:component-scan’ 的声明，这个时候可以尝试以下这个方法

换上去就搞定了
