解决： /$%7BpageContext.request.contextPath%7D/login.jsp

JSP中的：${pageContext.request.contextPath} 无法解析，

程序运行后出现：/$%7BpageContext.request.contextPath%7D/login.jsp
不要慌，经过鄙人一下午的努力，终于找到可以解决问题的解决办法，

First：

这是由于web.xml的版本低导致的，这都不重要
创建项目时默认的web.xml文件是这样的：

 "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Web Application 2.3//EN"
 "http://java.sun.com/dtd/web-app_2_3.dtd" >

<web-app>
  <display-name>Archetype Created Web Application</display-name>

启动后就会报404错误；

找到你的Tomcat文件Tomcat\apache-tomcat-9.0.54\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF下的web.xml文件：
