ImportError: DLL load failed while importing _rust: 找不到指定的程序。

【所遇问题】

查看scrapy是否安装成功时报错，需要安装cryptography

【解决办法】

1、安装cryptography

python.exe -m pip install cryptography==41.0.2 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

报错：

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
pyopenssl 24.1.0 requires cryptography<43,>=41.0.5, but you have cryptography 41.0.2 which is incompatible.

这边根据提示是安装41.0.5，自行查看

2、卸载cryptography==41.0.2

pip uninstall cryptography==41.0.2

3、重新安装cryptography==41.0.5

 python.exe -m pip install cryptography==41.0.5 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

4、查看scrapy是否可用

scrapy

成功运行结果
