Protocol handler initialization failed

1.把皕杰报表部署到服务器上，最近打开网页端时候报505，然后想重启tomcat，关闭后再启动，tomcat也打不开了，打开日志文件，报以下的错。

Protocol handler initialization failed

Caused by: java.net.BindException: Address already in use

这个错误意味这端口被占用，也没启用其他的tomcat，想着可能就是关闭tomcat时候，没关掉。

我们查看进程，把进程kill掉，再次重新启动tomcat。

2.org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.startInternal One or more Filters failed to start. Full details will be found in the appropriate container log file

 org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.startInternal Context [/iface] startup failed due to previous errors

这个错误的原因是皕杰平台的授权过期了，我们只需要在皕杰报表官网上下载新的临时授权，把webapps\iface\WEB-INF\lib下的授权替换掉就可以。

总结，就是授权过期了，然后未正确关闭tomcat，导致重启tomcat后显示端口被占用，关掉tomcat进程，替换临时授权就可以。
