运行vue项目报错

1、npm run serve报错：

Error: error:0308010C:digital envelope routines::unsupported

这个报错也有其他解决办法

下面的解决办法解决了我的报错问题：在package.json中加入：

"scripts": {
    "serve": "set NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider && vue-cli-service serve",
    "build": "vue-cli-service build"
  }

2. npm install安装依赖报错 EPERM: operation not permitted,

解决办法：安装依赖时没有权限，用管理员身份运行命令提示符（使用管理员权限）
