   似乎各大公司的拒信大同小异，总算收到了久违的第一封拒信，我都记不起是什么时候申请的TI，大概是11月初吧 。上网一看，原来好多都TI二面了，呵呵，总比默拒好。

   今天听到同学说聚光涨价了，而且不仅仅是一点。哎，为西安的同学感到可惜，什么时候西安的高科技产业能好好发展发展啊，这么多高校，除了北京，西安的IT毕业生的数量和质量应该是第一位的，交大，西电，西工大……

   不少公司来招人时发现就座率不高，因为他们来晚了。不少好公司，还有我很欣赏的公司，最后都没投或者没去笔试。选择了诚致，那么她就是我最好的新娘。

   聚光在全国转了一圈后再提价，而西安是他们的第一站，招到的都是相对比较优秀的学生，当时大家都还没签，可是因为企业不清楚IT的行情，所以我所知道的交大的都放弃了，可是，最后……

   我倒不遗憾，不过为同学感到惋惜，他只去杭州。不过以后有机会还是去欧美的企业工作吧，他们的企业文化更适合我。现在，如果想做偏硬的，只有去台资，收到的4个offer居然有3个是台资，呵呵，缘分！

   不少同学对日企很反感，我去面松下纯属想看看日企怎么面试，自身是不会去日企的。台资在大家心目中地位也不高，华硕明基火车站，苏州，o(∩_∩)o...

   不过大家对瑞晟的评价很高，要是在诚致待不下去了再去瑞晟，:-)

   其实，公司在利用自己的劳动力的时候，自己也在利用公司的资源，提高自己并实现自己的价值。我一直认为，在任何公司，都有很强的人，否则他无法生存。在好公司，环境比较轻松，有共同语言的人比较多，大家普遍素质很高，但是，你是否就真的能实现自己的价值？牛人确实可以带动自己，但是，究竟是否成才还是靠自己的努力。师傅领进门，修行在个人。
