用法很简单：

ExtendedStatus On
LoadModule bw_module modules/mod_bw.dll
BandwidthModule On # 启动带宽限制
ForceBandWidthModule On # 启动带宽限制
Bandwidth all 0
LargeFileLimit *.rar 10 100 #当.rar文件大于10K的时候，就限制流量在100K以下。
