解决 Pycharm 运行 ipynb 时显示 Jupyter package is not installed 问题

原因之一

在安装 Jupyter notebook 时，加入了 --user

python -m pip install jupyter --user

解决方案

卸载 Jupyter notebook

python -m pip uninstall jupyter notebook

安装 Jupyter notebook

python -m pip install jupyter notebook
