windows下安装sloth

1安装Python

2安装PyQt4：

    下载地址：https://riverbankcomputing.com/software/pyqt/download

    版本：与运行用python相同的版本

    安装：pip install (name of pyqt4).whl

3安装PIL：

4下载sloth：

    下载方式：git clone https://github.com/cvhciKIT/sloth.git

5安装sloth：

    安装：python setup.py install

6运行sloth：执行文件在*\sloth\build\scripts-*\路径下

      运行：python build\scripts-*\sloth examples\example1_labels.json
