AbstractUIPlugin中的loadDialogSettings通过从workspace路径下的.metadata目录中的plugin目录下的bundle名下的dialog_setting.xml获取插件的设置；获取不到，就从默认的产品中获取(jee，或jse)；如果再获取不到，就从bundle的资源获取 BundleUtility.find(bundle, FN_DIALOG_SETTINGS)

PlatformUI中通过PrefUtil的getAPIPreferenceStore()来获取ScopedPreferenceStore,从store中获取default_dialog_settings_url的key对应的文件路径。其中需要用到Platform中的IPreferenceService，这个service是通过InternalPlatform获取的。

存在两级挂载点

1、IEclipsePreferences，包括从ScopedPreferenceStore的storeContext和defaultContext中获取key为org.eclipse.ui的节点。两个preference。

2、分别从这两个preference中获取key为default_dialog_settings_url的值。
