1 计算资源 配额

nova quota-defaults

2 块存储配额

 1 显示一个租户的配额 ： cinder quota-show TENANT_NAME

2 删除 $ cinder quota-delete tenantID

3 更新 $ cinder quota-update --quotaName NewValue tenantID

3 网络配额 

$ neutron net-create test_net

其余操作类似

可以通过 quantum help找到quota相关命令，
