前言

错误信息：

解决办法

尝试去https://mvnrepository.com/下载，但是发现全部都下载不下来
然后后面看到这篇文章：https://blog.csdn.net/weixin_38361347/article/details/86377819，也是一样的思路。
后来尝试把依赖直接放入项目（可以放在springcloud依赖下面，放一块），发现它和spring cloud是一样的类型：type=pom。
这时再次启动，成功。
