1.检查环境变量中Android_SDK_HOME是否正确

2. 

     1)关闭eclipse

     2)进入cmd，执行命令adb kill-server,打开eclipse，执行，看是否生效

3.进入eclipse-windows->AVD Manager,选择虚拟机，点击Edit，

   设置device ram size 为1024

4.如果以上还不好，设置Built-in 为默认值

   当分辨率设置过大的时候，也会出现内存分分配不足。（这是本人运行错误的原因，使用800*1280的分辨率，而内存只分配了200M）
