Error : cause android.compileSdkVersion is missing

好奇葩，不小心碰到这个问题了，本来好好的工程，我不小心操作发现这个出问题了

就是build.gradle文件，错误的如下

apply plugin: 'com.android.library'

    compileSdkVersion 23
    buildToolsVersion "23.0.1"

    defaultConfig {
        minSdkVersion 14
        targetSdkVersion 23
        versionCode 1

            minifyEnabled false
            proguardFiles getDefaultProguardFile('proguard-android.txt'), 'proguard-rules.pro'
        }
    }
}

dependencies {

}

正确的如下，这样就不会出现标题的错误了

问题就在我把那个apply from从最后一行移到上边去了。。。无语
