libtool版本不匹配

1. 编protobuf的时候，突然出现了这个问题。git clean -xfd清理之后重新编还是报错，最后查到问题应该是这个 https://www.thinbug.com/q/3096989

libtool: Version mismatch error. This is libtool 2.2.6 Debian-2.2.6a-4, but the
libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from libtool 2.2.6b.
libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.2.6 Debian-2.2.6a-4
libtool: and run autoconf again.

原因：conda装的python3，python3的bin下安装了一个libtools
解决：
卸载python4下的libtool，
ps: 安装autoconf yum install autoconf
