原因是"db.properties"文件中多了双引号

jdbc.driver="com.mysql.jdbc.Driver"
jdbc.url="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mybatisdb?characterEncoding=utf-8"
jdbc.username="root"
jdbc.password=""

把双引号去掉就可以正常运行了
