编写一个 SQL 查询，获取 Employee 表中第二高的薪水（Salary） 。

例如上述 Employee 表，SQL查询应该返回 200 作为第二高的薪水。如果不存在第二高的薪水，那么查询应返回 null。

思路：去除salary重复值，按salary从降序排列，选取第二行数据

知识点：

distinct() 删除重复值
ifnull(exp1, exp2) 若exp1的值不为null，则返回exp1的值；若exp1的值为null，则返回exp2的值。
limit i,n从第i行开始，返回n行的值。（索引从0算起）
