原因是数据库连接地址错误地使用了 follower 的地址，应该使用 leader 地址。

kubectl edit endpoints big-shared-instance -n xdb

将 endpoint 地址切换为主库地址即可。

如何确定主库地址?

可以通过登录到对应的 mysql 实例，尝试执行 失败的语句，能够执行成功的即为主库。
