• Core Priorities -
• Distill your current commitments into 3-5 Core Priorities
• that speak to your primary areas of focus
• and their impact on the team, business, or customer.  
• These are broader than specific actions or deliverables and longer-term than the quarterly span of time between Connects.  
• Please focus on simple statements, one or two sentences each,
•  that include what you are going after and the most critical indicators of success. These simplified Core Priorities replace your former Commitments.

 

 

• Looking Back and Going Forward -
• Reflect on your progress from July 1 to date, and, begin to
• define how you will continue make progress in 3-5 sentences.
• Please keep comments brief. 
• The goal is to use bullet points instead of lengthy descriptions so that you stay focused on the outcomes you’ve driven and not the activities you’ve been engaged in.
