Cannot connect to WMI namespace VisualSVN 初始化失败 问题解决办法

是一个wmi服务损坏了，去修复下，把下面这段代码随便新建一个txt文件放在一个地方，然后把后缀名改7a64e58685e5aeb931333363393761为.bat,就好了。我前面也是这样，刚刚解决。
