关于Maven项目build时出现No compiler is provided in this environment的解决方法

在编译Maven项目时报错：[ERROR] No compiler is provided in this environment. Perhaps you are running on a JRE rather than a JDK?
解决方法：
1.在Maven的conf文件夹下打开settings.xml，添加如下代码（本人使用的jdk版本是1.8）。

 <profile>     
     <id>jdk-1.8</id>     
     <activation>      
      <activeByDefault>true</activeByDefault>      
      <jdk>1.8</jdk> 
     </activation>     
     <properties>   
      <maven.compiler.source>1.8</maven.compiler.source>   
      <maven.compiler.target>1.8</maven.compiler.target>   
      <maven.compiler.compilerVersion>1.8</maven.compiler.compilerVersion>
     </properties>    
    </profile>

2.打开maven项目的pom.xml查看是否已经添加maven-compiler-plugin，没有就加上。

	   <plugin>
  			<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
  			<artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
  			<version>3.8.0</version>
  			<configuration>
  			<!--源码版本  -->
  			<source>1.8</source>
  			<!--编译的版本  -->
  			<target>1.8</target>
  			<!--指定编码  -->
  			<encoding>utf-8</encoding>
  			</configuration>
  		</plugin>
